What a tour looks like

The room your child would join

You will walk through the room your child would join, at a normal time of day. Look at the shelves, the materials, and the outdoor space. See how the room is set up for the age group.

The teachers

You will meet the teacher who runs the room and the director, Sierra Neil. Ask them how a day runs, from drop-off to pick-up. Ask how they handle the first weeks when a child is new.

Your questions

Ask about hours, meals, pickups, and tuition. Ask anything else on your mind. If we do not know an answer on the spot, we follow up with you.

Before you come

Before you come, think about what your child might like to bring. A favorite small toy or a comfort item can help them feel at home. Tours work best when your child can see the room and meet the teacher. They might try a puzzle or sit at a table with other children.

Ask about hours and pickup times, meals and rest, and how the first weeks are handled. Ask how you will hear about your child's day. Ask what happens if your child is unwell. Write your questions down before you come.
